Client
Parkland Hospital
Overview
Parkland needed a campaign to help community members discover healthcare services that didn’t require visiting the hospital, while making access to care feel welcoming, clear, and human.
Challenge
Translate complex healthcare information into an engaging, approachable story that could reach diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Approach
As Art Director, I helped shape the narrative and visual direction of a multi-channel campaign built around illustration, animation, and storytelling.

We developed a friendly, textured visual language and an accessible tone that removed barriers of intimidation and replaced them with clarity and trust.

The system was designed to scale across digital, social, out-of-home, mobile clinics, and on-site communications.
Outcome
The campaign created a cohesive, human-centered experience that made healthcare information easier to understand, more memorable, and more approachable for the communities Parkland serves.
