For the 2024 Addy Awards, we created a playful and nostalgic show opener inspired by the theme “Best in Class.” Drawing on grade school aesthetics, the piece featured bold chalkboard-style typography, whimsical doodles, and vibrant pops of primary colors, all set against a dynamic, energetic rhythm.
The concept celebrated creativity and diversity across the industry, framing them as lessons learned and achievements earned. Described by AdChat DFW as “a love letter to the Dallas advertising and marketing community,” the opener captured the joy of growth, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence in a way that felt both relatable and inspiring.
