Overview
Hillwood needed a cohesive visual identity for their annual All Associates Meeting, a large-scale event designed to energize and align teams across the organization.
Challenge
Create a flexible brand system that could scale across a large live environment, multiple screen formats, printed materials, environmental graphics, and event touchpoints, while reinforcing the event’s theme: Greatest Hits.
Approach
As Art Director, I led the development of the event’s creative direction, drawing inspiration from music festival aesthetics to establish a bold, high-energy visual language.
Working closely with cross-functional design and motion teams, I guided the creation of a modular brand system that could adapt across stage screens, show graphics, signage, badges, and digital assets, ensuring visual consistency throughout the entire experience.
Outcome
The final event environment delivered a unified, immersive brand experience that reinforced Hillwood’s culture, celebrated company milestones, and created a strong emotional connection with attendees.
